Keri was amazing to work with for buying our new home! With her help, we were able to find a new home that we absolutely love, and within the tight timeline we had. She kept us informed through every step of the buying process, (even when it was just to let us know things were still moving smoothly, which was so reassuring) from the initial questions we had about buying all the way to the day we signed our closing documents. She was a huge help with getting showings set up and organized so that we could see all the homes we wanted to. Most importantly, she made sure we had any information we needed that would help us make decisions along the way, but never pressured us into deciding anything more quickly than we were comfortable with. Keri made sure that we were happy with our new home and with the offer we made on it. We truly feel that she always had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process, and she was so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Lincoln or Omaha areas!

Although my agent was polite and courteous, which is why this gets four stars, that and I don't want them to take this down... This was the worst purchasing experience of my life. I'm not sure if it was covid, or if it was the fact that my agent also represented the seller, or that I was a first-time home buyer, or the three things combined... This was the worst experience I've ever had... When I met with my agent at the very beginning and I told them I would have $10,000 to put at closing, after using a mortgage company suggested by my realtor I was told my closing costs were going to be $13,000... Of course I wasn't present for the inspections because of covid, so that process was very poorly explained. I requested a well inspection, was told that they couldn't find somebody to do the inspection on the well but it works so it shouldn't be a problem. However it was a problem an enormous problem... An enormous problem less than 48 hours after closing... All I can do is pray that my insurance will help... But I can make these small suggestions for anybody purchasing a home. Never ever let your agent be the seller's agent If you want something inspected insist on it, do not cave in even if there's a world wide pandemic. And finally insist on some type of contingency for the first month to two months of ownership that will help cover expenses that may or may not be covered by insurance.

Bryan and his team helped us buy our house in Lincoln three years ago and then again to sell our home this summer, he was outstanding the whole way through the processes of buying and selling. Bryan walked us through the whole process, step by step. His advice on how to stage our home as well as his hard work and knowledge of the what it takes to sell a home really paid off. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Our listing knocked out any competition we had and simply looked amazing. We were under contract on day 3 with an offer well above asking. Additionally, Bryan worked with our employer’s relocation assistance provider ensuring every last thing was taken care of. The Relocation Company added several extra loops which he always took the time to understand himself and in turn, explain them to us if necessary. He put in a lot of extra time working with this group. We would recommend Bryan and his Team to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home in the Lincoln Market. He’s a true professional and genuinely nice and friendly guy. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor in town

Jess was simply the best to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot to learn and a lot of questions. Jess took the time to educate me, answer the questions I had, and answer questions I didn't know I had. Throughout this process she made it fun and ensured I was never stressed. Additionally, Jess was extremely patient as I figured out exactly what I was looking for and refined my search several times. I cannot recommend Jess enough to anyone looking to buy a house. I know that when the time comes to look for a home again, there is only one person I will call.

Scott is simply the BEST!!! He is efficient and leaves no stone unturned. He always has your best interest in mind and makes the process exactly what it should be...easy AND fun!! Great Realty company. Highly recommend to buyers or sellers.

The entire store was picked over. It looked like it hadnt been stocked in a week. A lot of shelves were half empty and items that were on the shelves looked haphazardly placed. I frequent Walmart stores, and have been to a number of them around the country recently. My family is a military family and we move a lot. This was one of the worst organized and stocked ones I have been to. Two items on my list were socks for my 2 year old and underwear for my 3 year old. The attached picture is of what was in the area for those items, and no there were no associates around and the items were not found in another location in the store.
