Greg Larsen was truly exceptional. I met him online and I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. Greg was ALWAYS available and his responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents.
