Ashley Oborny and Tyler Loontjer out of the Lincoln office are great! They are wise beyond their years in real estate, and have amazing follow up when it comes to helping the public. I highly recommend using them or one of their realtors out of their office, for all your real estate needs.
Kim Soucie and Tim Reckling were great; would use them again. But broker management was asleep when a shady in-office deal sold a place out from under us plus cheated the seller. _______________________________ Me have full story, Brent?: Likely not - as the incident was an embarrassment to NHS (who hurriedly buried it). The seller was manipulated & hoodwinked - including being bilked out of $27K+ by an NHS team doing a quick flip on it. I've no interest in further "discussing" this; with the Real Estate Commission, maybe - but not you. ••• NBronzan

As the Designated Broker, I can assure you I wasn't asleep during the transaction you are referring to. It appears as if you may not have not have the full story. I talked to all the agents at length during and after the referred to transaction. I can assure you it was not a shady in-office deal nor was the seller cheated. My agent from Nebraska homes was great. We just sold our home and had some stuff pop up the week before closing from the buyers. We had no idea so much could delay closing. Thank goodness our agent hopped right on it and our house closed right on time. Thank you again.
