After meeting with many mortgage companies, we decided to go through mortgage nerds when we purchased our second home and we couldn’t have been more happy! Pam G. Was more than helpful and gave us all of our options along with so much information we never would have even thought of. We will definitely be going back to her in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

Beware they only work with people who has really good credit and they are very particular who they want to work with. Its unfair for some people who has the good income but credit is on average.
