Pam was AMAZING to work with. I had given up trying to get approved to refinance my home and so thankful my realtor got me in touch with her because she made it happen! Stress free, easy, fast process.. thank you so much. I'll recommend mortgage nerds to everyone.

Scott and his team did a GREAT job advising us on our recent home purchase. Without their assistance via email, text, phone call, we would probably be still looking in this market. Mortgage nerds is amazing! I was referenced to Scott by a friend of mine and he made things so simple for me to get approved for a mortgage and buy my first home! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Any question I had were answered in detail so I could understand it better. If you are looking to buy a house in this crazy market, you have to call Scott at Mortgage Nerds in Appleton!

Jake Knuppel is amazing to work with! He goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects regarding credit scores, rates; mortgages, accepted offers, ect! He makes buying a home so much less stressful than it has to be. Great sense of humor, easy to communicate with. I’ve used him 2 times now for buying a home. Highly recommend, and tell all my friends and family to go to him for buying or refinancing!

Five stars is not enough for Scott and Mortgage Nerds!! After several other "not so good" experiences with mortgage companies I was referred to Scott with Mortgage Nerds. Very professional! Very thorough! From day one everything was explained in detail, tons of communication with the progress, and we closed in less than a month! Wonderful experience! I would recommend Mortgage Nerds to anyone and everyone looking to buy a house! Just fantastic people who care and a fantastic experience!!

Brian was amazing to work with!!! He answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand as I knew nothing about the loan process. He gave me updates along the way and was super responsive to all my calls and emails! Thanks Brian for making my first home buying process so easy!

Over the last 9 years, we have worked with Pam Gustafson on multiple occasions. Initial purchases (twice), refinancing (twice), or just to ask her opinion on something to do with mortgages, she’s got the answer! Email, phone calls, and text messages were promptly returned. I have heard horror stories from friends using other brokers or banks. Fortunately, we've found Pam and her team at Mortgage Nerds. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to handle such an important life event.
