Pam went out of her way more than once to update my preapproval letter when I needed to make last minute changes to offer more than I’d initially thought I’d spent. During the closing process, both Pam and Bailey made sure to reach out and ensure every single question that I had was answered. Pam found a first time homebuyer mortgage product that gave me additional closing credits that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about, and Bailey answered additional questions I had after normal working hours were closed for the day.
