Don't waste your time with this company, they do everything at a snails pace. Jake is very unprofessional about keeping in contact with you, and he never returns calls. I felt like I wasn't a priority, and that he didn't care that I'm trying to get through the home buying process before my apartment lease is up. I've been trying to work with Jake on getting a loan for 2 months and got no where. It's very frustrating to say the least.
