ProMortgage was a nightmare for my family.Had to submit documents over and over two different associates never could get the mortgage to go through lost 700.00 for an inspection fee and earnest money.

Working with pro mortgage was a dream... Katelynn made our life so simple and easy. We compared different mortgage companies and at the end we came back to ProMortgage with no issues at all. They were even able to beat the interest rate of ALL the other mortgage companies we looked at. Everything was simple and easy made by our house buying stress-free and SO EASY ... it was easier then buying a pair of shoes. We could not be happier. Thank you

This place has no customer service!!! DO NOT USE THEM. they have no Care for the buyer. Move forward somewhere else. U will be better off. We requested a number of calls and no replies to answer any of our questions and the owner was not helpful either.

It seems that the program you were looking for we could not approve you for. We still have you approved for loan, just not the one you were set on. Would love to visit with you in more detail.
