Jim Miller and his staff at State Farm were incredibly easy and efficient to deal with after I backed my wife’s van into my own truck on Mother’s Day. The same cannot be said about my wife!
Dropped off a towing bill and the next day sending out check. So friendly and fast. Thanks

We switched to State Farm almost 10 years ago due to their competitive prices. We stay for the amazing customer service from Jim and the team (ok...and the prices :))! We've had a few claims along the way. So easy to work with! Most places work directly with Jim/State Farm, so there is little for us to do but drop off and pick up vehicles. AND they keep you updated on the status. I've recommended Jim to many family/friends over the years, so thought I'd pass it on to the public!

Takes a week to return a phone call and even worse if you just email them

I had some hail damage on my 2010 Subaru this fall(2023), Got an estimate from my local body shop. and with no questions asked Jim covered the cost. For about 30+ years I had my insurance through one of the big insurance company and my rates kept going up and up after changing to State Farm (Jim Miller) I have never looked back. best change I have ever made Thank-you State Farm Steven Fox
