I had a parking lot booboo where someone cracked a rear tail light lens cover. Jim advised me to get a written estimate at body shop if my choice, with recommendations if I wanted local service. Two days after body shop submitted to State Farm, check was cut to me. In addition they noticed scratch on fender and crack in bumper plate. It will take two months for repairs, BUT local shop said they would replace and install lens cover within days. As customer, I could not be more pleased with the efficiency of all involved!! Recommend Jim Miller for all insurance needs!

I’ve had my share of bad luck, and Jim and his staff have always been there for me and my family. His staff are always there to answer questions or help with a change of coverage. This agency is 5 stars for sure !

Had a unique experience where I needed a chimney duct work replacement which resulted in requiring a whole new fireplace. The fireplace had walnut facia boards from when it was first built, which are, current day, illegal. Our policy doesn't cover "upgrades" which we needed for replacing the wood with a safe, faux brick product. Yet Jim did agree to pay for the labor content. It was a fair outcome and a correct outcome. As soon as Jim received the quotes, the check was in the mail next day. I've known Jim since 2016 and could not ask for a better agent to serve our insurance needs.
