Jim Palmer has to be the best Ins.agent that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Jim has always looked for the best deal for me as my needs have changed. I had to use his services recently without knowing that he was on vacation with his family. Jim took care of my insurance needs even though he was on vacation. I had to use my ASC Warranty for a leaking front fork seal and non-functional fuel sending unit on my motorcycle. I cannot say how happy I was dealing with these folks today. They not only kept the promise on covered items but went above and beyond to take care of me and the bike. I have NEVER bought an aftermarket warranty but felt I needed one as the systems on newer bikes exceed my skills. The ASC folks along with Jim Palmer at MVP Insurance Agency are the best!
