I switched to Jim a little over a year ago, after wanting a local insurance agent. He not only was able to save me money, but after a recent hail storm I actually had to reach out on a claim for hail damage. Jim and his team accepted the estimate right away, and I was able to get repairs done the same day it was submitted! They also mailed the check that same day which will make things a lot easier on my pocket book! Super glad I decided to make the switch.

Some nice people decided that they needed my catalytic converter more than we did. I contacted Jim and his State Farm team and they went to work immediately. Really appreciate the timely manner and the fix was taken care of in hours and now we are back on track. You need insurance, you need to call on Jim Miller State Farm Insurance, they will take care of you like family.

We are so happy with the Jim Miller State Farm and the service they've provided after our vehicle was stolen. Melissa has been such a fantastic support for us. Claims are not fun to have, but it's wonderful knowing that you have good people behind you to support you when you have a claim. Highly recommend!

We switched to this agency within the last year. Response and service has been outstanding. We recently had to tow a car. The check for reimbursement arrived within a few days. Very satisfied customers. Would definitely recommend Jim Miller State Farm Agency.
