Lie about free vehicle inspection wanted to charge me 20 bucks to make sure that my tie rod ends were or were not good on top of the cost of a front end alignment I went to Goodyear it's going to cost me a lot less money and they don't lie

I unfortunately had a tire blow on my way to my moms house and this was the only place open with availability with my tire size. I will say I was a little nervous reading some of the other “tire” reviews.. and I’m SO thankful I didn’t care what they said! :) I got 4 brand new tires with an alignment with warrantys all done in maybe an hour. They were able to do exactly what I need in even less time than I expected with perfect results, my cars driving straighter than ever! Thank you guys for helping me out on such short notice and doing such a beautiful job and treating me with respect and kindness during a vulnerable moment. I will come back for tire rotations and whatever else needed when I’m near by!

After taking my car to 3 other places to get a new rim as mine was bent I went here. They were a le to get me a rim within a week then replaced it as I scheduled a day to do so. They did the service well and quick. I also had them do a oil change. My skid plate was falling off but I had forgotten to mention it and when I got the car back it was all re secured without them mentioning a word about it. I will be using Firestone for my auto needs from now on. Very satisfied with everything from start to finish. I also paid less then I was expecting. Good job this review was well earned.
They were nice staff but I definitely feel like they scam. I brought my car in to be looked at and fix my heater, they wanted to charge almost 900$ to fix it and that’s with charging 90$ to just look at it. I couldn’t do it and got a second opinion and had another shop fix it for less than 400$. Come to find out they were trying to replace an extra part that wasn’t even broken. Maybe they had their reasons but I’m not a fan

Had to go here twice this winter for nails in separate tires. Always courteous service and quick with the repair.
