I want to give recognition to Firestone! They have taken good care of my Dodge Magum up into my accident in December 2021 and now they are taken good care of my Ford Fusion. It is hard to put trust in people but I trust that my vehicles are in good hands here. I have been having constant issues with my front passenger tire. I had JD Byrider (where I purchased my vehicle form) reseal my beading on my passenger side and then had my valve steam replaced twice, last replacement was in October, but I was still having issues with that tire and it’s been ongoing since the summer. Yesterday my tire was nearly flat at lunch time so I called Firestone up for an appointment at 4pm (Tuesday, 12th). Found out that that tire was shredded/damaged inside. I asked if I can see my tire and without hesitation they took me back to where my vehicle was and showed me my bad tire. They were thorough with explaining the corrosion, the shredding, and what alloy tires are notorious for and also too. Firestone also looked out for me with cost and safety. The only tire that they had in stock Tuesday was a tire over $200. They didn’t want to see me pay that cost for a tire especially with Christmas coming up. I was told they will have more tires in stock Wednesday, 13th. Appointment was made for 12/13 after work. I was able to get a tire for around $125. They put a spare tire on my car last night so I can still have my vehicle for work in the morning. They also rotated my tires, so the spare is on my back passenger side. It has been quite an ordeal with that tire that has been damaged inside unknowingly that was the root cause. Now, I finally have a peace of mind and my car is healthy again. A huge thank you for Firestone.

Took our car there to get some work done on Monday. Now today Wednesday. There’s a big clunking noise coming from the passenger side front. Seems like everyone I talk to about them say the same thing you bring your car there then a few days later there’s something wrong. Scam of a place

So I have adjustable coilovers on my Mazdaspeed 3 but everything was set back back to OEM or very similar (height and dampering). I have all brand new OEM strut components installed too with brand new tires and are in need of a wheel alignment to finish off my setting. Call my local firestone located on 2201 Grand Ave, Wausau WI. They told me they will not touch my car because of the basic adjustable coilovers. I've been to many firestone shops in Rhode Island that did my wheel alignment with coilovers and they did a great job. I understand the voided warranty issue, but this place is straight up low-key racist. Firestone of Wausau straight up kick themselves in the balls because they sell after market rims and tires and are willing to install them on to your car even if it doesn't meet OEM specs. Sooo???? I'm not going to firestone in Wausau WI anymore or buying anything from them. Be ware everyone, if your guy have a car that is modified just a little, they won't touch your car even if it's close to OEM. Don't waste your time here. Go to your local alignment shop where they will help you to your car's specs setting rather with performance or factory parts.
