It was very easy to get an appointment and get my car in, that I was having issues with. I had an appt on March 21st to get it checked out. they needed to order parts were able to set an appt already on March 27th and get my car fixed They're always very prompt and easy to get in to, they do great work, very professional and treat you great.
The work was done same day it was brought in and from what I can tell, all went well
We needed some tire at our shop facilities and Renee is always there to help with tires in a pinch
We have been using firestone for 20 years. They have always been helpful.
I spent close to $1100 to repair my battery light. I was told it needed a new alternator, which I had them replaced. Drove from there to the Dells and the alternator started smoking and then the car died. I had to tow my vehicle from the Dells back home, Mpls, and the vehicle is now at the shop. I will update review once vehicle is fixed again!
