Went because my engine light came on; guy at front told me I could drop it off and come back in an hour. Came back and the car wasn’t even started on; and all the mechanics were just standing around, and was giving looks as if I was rushing it. I just took it elsewhere

Booked an appointment online, showed up and was advised that their scheduling service online is “off by a few days”. They could reschedule me, even though I drove 40 minutes to my appointment and not squeeze me in. Drove back today, showed up early. Advised him yup breaks are squealing need a check. He said “ oh you have a modified car I can’t do anything…. I advised him all that’s changed is spacers 15mm. Nope we won’t touch it even if you did take them off.. will never go back to any Firestone after him.

They told me that I needed a couple things done to my car. Took my car in to get that exact $1,000 worth of repair done to it per their recommendations. Went to leave when the repairs were done and there was a horrible noise coming from my driver's side, so I parked it, went back in and asked them what that was. A guy came out to the car to "listen" to me turn my steering wheel in place. Then they told me I needed more work done which didn't exist when I drove in there for my appointment. I think they are scamming single women out of their money. Just a heads up. Would not recommend.

Google hours say open on Sunday. Door hours say closed on Sundays. Indicates poor attention to detail. Update your hours.
5 stars for customer service. Price a little higher than the dealerships, but I was in a pinch. Clean waiting area and nice uncluttered displays. Love the fact that you can register online for an appointment. I've been there in the past for tire issues and was satisfied as well!

My alternator went out Memorial Day weekend. Dropped off my vehicle at 10 and was done by 1! Great friendly service and reasonable prices!
