A truly excellent shop. I took my vehicle in to get my tires rotated, and Jackie got it done so fast that I'd hire him to be in my pit crew. Truly excellent service 10/10 would recommend stopping by Grandpas Garage for your automotive needs.
Worst. Charged me for 8 lug nuts when I only needed ONE. And they were rusty. Takes forever. Never again.

The only Heather that shows up in the last 6 months of invoices that matches with 8 lug nuts has informed me via her boyfriend that there is no complaint. If your vehicle was in under someone else's name, let me know. I would like to know what is really going on here.
I had trouble with my truck it had a hard start and very bad idle for a minute after starting all the auto parts places said it was the evap system but after changing everything it still did the same thing so I called grandpa's garage. He got me in quick and did a diagnostic on the truck and found out the computer needed to be reset he reset it and now everything runs great. If I hadn't taken it to him I probably would still be changing stuff trying to figure it out. Grandpa's garage is a great place for service very friendly and very thoroughly explained what was going on. I would greatly recommend his garage to anyone needing service done to their vehicles.
Took my bmw e46 for a new key, talked with Kurt and he cut me a great deal and took great care of my car very polite and respectful service and saved me with a good deal he did the process quick and had me on the road in no time highly recommend them for anything!
I’ve only lived here since July and this place exceeds my expectations of a shop. Only had my car in a handful of times but regardless. Not only does Kurt do good work but he’s pretty quick about getting jobs done. Pretty informative as well. Communicates pretty well and is honest. Definitely the go to shop if you live in Wausau or Schofield.
Kurt was so easy work with & was able to get my kids’ car in right away. Repairs done quickly , with quality parts & at a reasonable price… really, what more can you ask for? Thanks again Kurt!!

Grandpa’s garage is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. They are honest and have reasonable pricing. I will not go anywhere else but to grandpa’s.
