I noticed I had a low beam headlight out. Called Rob at the Waukesha Tuffys. He was so kind 2 say just stop in & they would work me in. I was only there about 20 minutes. I really appreciated fixing it b4 tge police pulled me over cuz I wasn't aware it was out

Excellent customer service, STRAIGHT TALK, QUALITY, THOROUGH and QUICK maintenance/repair. They have a CREDIT CARD finance option. 🥳 The building looks “ran down” but everything about this place is QUALITY. They keep a thorough service record, they got coupons, and when you talk to them NEXT time, they’ll remember the LAST times. 😌 1st time, my wheel was about to FALL OFF on a weekday…barely rolled in. They scheduled my service at 4:00 pm and got it DONE same day. 2nd time, had to get my brakes and control arm replaced with an alignment…again, same day, car drives amazing. Other places will offer you short cuts AFTER a significant maintenance job or repair. They give you the WHOLE story, The WAY it IS, and they get it done RIGHT. 💯 They got PLENTY business, so don’t be paranoid about repair scams! 🤣
