Rob the store manager fit me in near the end of the day as I was traveling through the area. I could not make it home without some work on my spark plugs and ignition system. He got me back on the road and home that night. I called several other places but only Tuffy’s took the time for me. Thanks Rob

My experience was excellent. The communication was prompt and explained the work that was to be done. I was asked to approve by text and when the estimate was completed I was advised of the cost. I was happy with the work that was done and it was completed in a timely manner.

I am originally from the Chicago area and currently reside in Maryland. I left home a week ago to journey to Wisconsin for an urgent family medical matter. Along the way I experienced a Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) warning light indication. Not familiar with the services in Waukesha, I asked a gas station attendant for advice on where to go to get it fixed. The recommendation was to go to a nearby car dealership which I did. That was futile as their service department was occupied with already scheduled service appointments. I then googled “Tire Stores” and Tuffy Tire and Auto Service Center came up. I called and spoke to the store, explaining my situation, and the staff there said they could help. When I arrived I advised the front desk that I could stay upwards of three hours if necessary to get my car fixed. They had me taken care of in less than an hour. They also were kind to let my dog accompany me in the waiting area (she is a good pooch). The cost of my repair was probably one-third of what I would have had to pay at a dealership and the amount was similar to my having the same repair done at my local, trusted, Maryland Tire Store. I am very grateful. Thank you.

Tuffy always does a thorough assessment and lets me know their findings in text messages and email. I can then pick and choose the work I want (can afford). Fixes were quick, and I’ve never had to go back with questions or issues.
