In my previous rating. I gave a five star. But this time I will be giving a 1 star review. When my Infiniti was acting up. I drove it to tuffy. I told him I should have called first but it was an emergency. He was very rude and had an attitude. Then the same day. They told me what was wrong with my vehicle. Which was the engine. The price tuffy gave us was very outrageous!! They wanted us to pay near 2,000 to get the work done!! They wasn't trying to work with us even though I work done here several times before!! I will not be here again!!!😐😐😐😐 It's so sad that people are all the money!! I urge people do not take your vehicle here!!! Tuffy is a rip off company!! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied!!😡😡😡😡 This place deserves an F minus!!!

I was able to schedule a free inspection within a day. Had my car fixed in no time! A felt the price was fair and services were great. Thanks Tuffy for getting me back on the road 😀
