Easy to book an oil change online. They send pictures if anything else needs attention and you choose to purchase the service or not. Very efficient. Thanks for a good experience!

Our 2003 Volkswagen was leaking anti freeze and oil. Tuffy replaced many parts which were warn or damaged. After major repairs, Rob and his team did a great job to stop the problems we had. We also received a manager discount for the extensive service. Our 2003 Passat is running like new.

Went 2x first time was great 2nd time made me question weather it was great or not cuz they lied and charged for work that wasn’t done when called they never apologized and said our bad all he said was oh there’s probably a reason they didn’t do the work I requested done. But charged me for 😂🤣😂 take your hard earned money elsewhere. Cuz now I have to pay a 2nd shop to go over this places work to make sure it was actually done
