They had my vehicle for 2 most for a bumper, I picked it up and the bumper isn’t even attached. They stated was aftermarket bumper and they could order pieces to secure the bumper as there are gaps and the clips aren’t even in place. After two months why would you have not done that to start with is my question??

quality?1Way over promised and under delivered from beginning to end Told 3-4 weeks and then 2 more days for another 3-4 weeks to make it close to 10 total weeks Was told that there would be assistance with rental car there was none Was told there would be assistance with deductible there was none Car was originally delivered with spare tire mounted since shop couldn’t find an OEM rim to replace the damaged one I personally found a set in 10 minutes and had it delivered to the shop saving the shop over $700 in parts no discount given back

pricing is fair. work is very good. Online appointment scheduler and estimator is very very bad. no one answers the phone. you need to just let it ring for 10 - 12 minutes until they get sick of listening to it ring. got a call from owner to discuss my posting. Thank you. FYI to any readers. This Gerber collison business in my FIRST CHOICE among all the collison businesses. With several teenagers in my household, i've been to many auto repair places.
