Upon dropping of my car for repair I was immediately met with a rental assistant and placed in a rental car immediately. Four short days later I was informed that my car was ready for pickup. The repairs were perfect and the car looked brand new. Outstanding team work from drop-off to pickup. I have and will continue to refer Caliber Collision to friends and family.

Just completed a repair through an insurance claim with Caliber. Service was wonderful. Communication was exactly what I needed to feel at ease with the process. My car was done on time and was left clean. Highly recommend!

The quality of the work was very good. However, the repair was projected to take three working days. Instead, it took eight, with minimal, boilerplate communication along the way. There were at least two instances in this process where the delays were something within the company’s control and adjustments could be made, yet the significant delays continued with little apparent concern for how such significant delays negatively impacted my work and life commitments. Therefore, I would not recommend this company, as I was treated as if they don’t want my return business.

Website states open 9am to Noon on Saturday. Go there and place is totally closed. Update your website if you want customer's business.
