These guys are awesome. I probably called about 15-20 shops around Madison for an alignment, and since my car is on coilovers many shops couldn’t. I went to 3 other shops prior to Eli’s and they either couldn’t do it because it was too low, or they didn’t have openings. I was in a big predicament because I have a road trip tomorrow so I called Eli’s and even though they were a few days out for openings, they told me to send pictures of the car and head on over. I figured they were just going to check if it would fit on the rack, but when I got there they helped me get it onto the rack with boards, and proceeded to align it right away. I can’t thank them enough, as soon as I thought I’d have to delay my trip, they totally saved me. Excellent customer service!
