Completely understaffed. Had to send my car, after a long delay, to a different facility. Which in this process they stole my golf clubs. Then pointed to the waiver you sign to not cover. Dishonest, and just avoid. Not worth the wait. You have a right to go to any facility - not the preferred.

They contacted me each Tuesday and Wednesday to keep me updated on car repair status. They work closely with my insurance (USAA) and I will never be charged more than my deductible and what my insurance allows. Also, they did great work, which is guaranteed.
