I don't even know if I can say I used this business. My vehicle has been in the shop since February and IT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. No parts ordered, nothing taken off as far as the damaged parts, nothing. Just sitting in the lot collecting dust. Unless you do not care how quickly you get your vehicle back and can afford months of your car just sitting there, do not take your business here. There are so many other better places to take your vehicle to. Lord knows this guy doesn't care, and he will give you every excuse in the world, but months without anything being done is disgusting. I'm not sure how this place is still in business.
I drove from out of town for my appointment with them for an estimate on my vehicle. Smokey was out of the office. A worker (white male about 40-50) took photos and told me he'd get back to me on the estimate. I never heard back from them whatsoever. When I spoke to Smokey (2 weeks later) he said there'd been no record of my visit. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional lack of follow-through and how they wasted my time and gas money for this appointment.
