Just bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Bergstrom Madison last week. Devin Schultek was my sales advisor. He did a fantastic job throughout the whole process that took about a month. He understood my needs, gave plenty of great info, super low pressure and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him for anyone buying from the Madison location. The rest of the dealership was very clean with kind and attentive staff. They have a non-negotiable policy which makes the buying process very simple. They share stock with their other locations so you don’t have to hassel with traveling if you like something from another location. They also put a lot of work in getting their vehicles, especially used, fixed up to par before selling so you can be assured your vehicle is in the best shape it can be. If you’re looking for a Chevy, new or used, Bergstrom Madison, or any of their locations for that matter, is the place to go!

I’ve purchased a few vehicles, including one from this location before, and unfortunately this has been the worst experience by far. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a car at the time. The salesman knew this, but after showing me a trailblazer that I loved he thought he had the sale. I told him that I wanted to talk it over with family and his entire demeanor changed. He became aggressive, telling me to just sign the papers and talk with them after because of a 7 day return policy. I decided to sell my current Chevy to them and purchase elsewhere. Months later, I received a text from a sales manager named Bryan saying they forgot to ask for my car title when I sold them the car. I told him I was heading on vacation but could help figure it out when I returned. While I was on vacation, he called me twice a day asking when I was going to be able to send it to them and threatened to get the state involved if I didn’t soon, because of a mistake they made. Overall very unhappy with Bergstrom Madison’s treatment. Both the salesmen and the sales manager seem to prioritize their gain over the customer needs. There are many dealerships in this area and I would definitely recommend any other one if you are looking for a sales team that cares about the consumer’s needs.

Getting my newly purchased 2022 Suburban serviced at Bergstrom was the BEST experience I've ever had with any vehicle service center! I was given upfront findings that I was able to look through before deciding which fixes needed to be done. Some were cosmetic interior items, others minor mechanical issues, one major mechanical issue, and two factory recalls. Scott explained what the service technician found clearly, so that I could understand the recommendations as well as kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, communicates to the audience for better understanding, and walked me through the fixes once completed. There are a few pending items awaiting parts, but I'm confident that every experience I have with Bergstrom Service will be excellent. Thank you Scott and team!

First time getting my new Chevy serviced and first time customer by Bergstrom. It was a very smooth process - easy and quick.

My husband and I had been on a long search for a new suv. As we are now in the market for a 5 passenger suv, as it was time to trade our 7 passenger. We were interested in the Chevy Blazer. We went to Bergstrom and when we walked in Jerome Trimble greeted us. We sat down talked about the "must haves" and a few other things. Jerome pulled up the blazer we were interested in. My husband and I liked the blazer. The problem was we had another 5 passenger suv that we liked as well. We set up a longer test drive so I could compare the 2 suvs. I was so conflicted on which one I wanted. Jerome was never pushy he sat and listened and added advice. Ultimately we bought the blazer. Jerome and Jay made the purchase experience very smooth. I would definitely do business with Jerome again!

Expect employees to give you attitude and not listen to what you are asking. There may be a few good employees, but poor management and customer service make you feel like you are bothering them being there. Instead I went to Zimbrick and had much better experience at multiple locations and bought a truck from them instead. Will never go back.

I’ve bought my last three vehicles from bergstrom and have had great experiences all times. Staff is helpful, nice and communicate very well. Any concerns I have are answered. Any problems I wanted fixed were discussed and fixed promptly. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!
