Grahams was fantastic!! Getting stranded far from home I didn’t know what to expect. The responsiveness, texts with updates and being able to get a real human on the phone made for a great experience!!

They were great at working with my schedule! They stayed late just to help me with getting a loaner vehicle! They were able to complete my auto repair within 2 days of the diagnostic!

We needed a nee battery on a road trip. Graham’s answered the call and got us in right away. Then got us on our way. Super helpful, professional, and really nice. Great people and service.

Graham’s is a welcoming place to bring your car or truck to. They take the time to see what you need and ask questions to make sure your both on the same page. They always do a full inspection to see what else you might need. They highlight urgent items but don’t pressure you into anything. On my recent visit I got a transmission flush and fill. They found cracks in both engine belts. I missed that so I was glad to bring it back to get the belts done. I would have been in for expensive repairs , a tow and perhaps a ruined vacation this summer. Prices are fair. Great overall experience. They also work with you with a loner car or ride up to 10 miles!

I tried to get the Audi dealership in Greenville sc to fix my car, with no success. After talking to Jeff and Nathan, I decided to let Matt give it a chance. Literally a few hours later and he fixed what they couldn't seem to figure out!!! Came all the way back from California to have them work on it and glad I did!! Highly recommend Graham's for all types of vehicles from domestic to imports! Thanks y'all!!

I have been taking my vehicles to graham's for several years now. Sometimes they aren't super fast, but they always get the work done. Never had issues outside it taking a little longer for certain things but mostly out of their control due to parts. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is they recently took their weekend hours away which is a little inconvenient but I understand with the way of the work force today.

I have used Grahms for many years. The service has been exceptional and I always feel comfortable knowing that the mechanics are top-notch! The office staff is very friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable. The pricing for the work done is very reasonable and they always stand behind their work! I wholeheartedly recommend Grahms for any type of automotive service!

Josh and his manager were great. They worked with us explaining what all needed to be done on the car. Super nice and understanding. I would recommend going to them again. Can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us.

They installed a new dashboard display screen in my Cadillac after other auto service centers declined to do the work. They did a great job. I was disappointed in 2 of the charges on the final invoice. I told them what the problem was after researching on Cadillac info sites. I even brought in the part I purchased. They were reluctant to install my part but they agreed. On the billing was a charge of $149.99 for diagnostics after I informed them of the problem. I was also charged $49.99 for "shop supplies". Can't imagine what those were.
