Received great communication, provided me with a loaner for the day, quote via text, and made everything very easy and convenient. Grateful I found someplace close and dependable since I moved here recently.

As a visitor to the area with car trouble, I pulled in and was taken care of right away. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Lucky to have found Graham’s and will spread the word for friends/family with future road trips in the area.

First off, my cat's issue was a technical one, involving the computer, software, and probably a sensor. Graham's Auto ultimately was not able to resolve it, but that is likely due to brand-proprietary software governing aspects if the engine. They did enable me to get the car to a dealership and did help tremendously. One thing i really appreciate about this experience is the level of communication on the part of Graham's Auto. They explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions. The planning and coordination to get my car there was exemplary. Great customer service.

Graham's was great! They got us in and back on the road so we could drive back home to Maryland over the Thanksgiving holiday! They were thorough and explained what needed to be repaired vs what could wait for later. Much appreciate y'all! Thanks!

Great place. Very nice people. My tire blew on the way to Eau Claire WI & my car was towed to this shop. They took me right away & did everything they could to get me back on the road which I really appreciated. My bill was very reasonable. If I lived in the area I would definitely have my car repairs done here!!

Very inexperienced techs. Missed diagnosis terribly. They couldn't even change the fluids without it running out on the floor 19 mile's later. $1200.00 paid in full. They gave me an estimate for wiper blades with wrong parts. Never installed. Stay clear if this company. Owners never called back after many attempts. Take your vehicles elsewhere. Definitely the worse garage I've seen in 44 years of driving.

Being new to the area, I was a little nervous taking the car to someone other than our regular mechanic. They made it easy to get the car in for servicing and were friendly and efficient getting me out in less time than estimated. I'm grateful and will definitely be taking our cars there from now on!

I made an appointment to have my wheels aligned. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, polite, and efficient. My car was ready even earlier than I had anticipated, and everything was great until I got into it to drive it home. It didn’t start! I went back inside to inform the staff and the repairman who’d worked on it came out to jump it. Once it started all of the computer systems were going berserk. I went back inside and waited while he reset everything. When he came back in, he sort of sheepishly admitted he didn’t know what had happened. I told him that I suspected he had left something on and that had drained the battery. I waited to complete this review until I had driven the car for a bit, but it is running great now, so despite the hiccup, I am happy with your work. I suspect I’ll be back.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Scheduled a time to drop my wife's car off and take a free loaner car in the meantime. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed all in the same day. Communication was great and work order approval was done electronically. No upselling on random items we didn't need and the overall cost was lower than expected. Will definitely use Graham's again in the future.

First time using Graham’s. Early yet to see how the work holds up. The staff are great. The one thing that I recommend is to have the mechanics greasy fingerprints wiped off the car afterwards because it doesn’t look good on my wife’s white car.
