Had emergency car troubles while traveling and Graham’s was super helpful and was able to squeeze us in and we were back on the road in about 1.5 hr. Everyone was nice and even offered a loaner car if they couldn’t get my car fixed fast!

They were busy took a bit longer than expected. Then I found as a courtesy they rotated my tires and checked all my lights (found three that were burned out). I would definitely use them again!

For the price you'd think I'd have brakes...when I picked it up started it and put my foot on brake pedal. Went to the floor...pumped it 3 times and the pedal came back telling me it wasn't bled properly..weather good next week will bleed all 4 lines myself and I'm sure I'll have good brakes again...was just too cold for me to have done myself ...lesson learned...

As stated on your invoice, “After performing repairs on rear brake calipers and bleeding the brakes the technician found front brake bleeders to be froze. Technician bled brakes in an alternative way due to front brake bleeders. If the customer is unsatisfied with brake pedal/brake function the next step would be recommending front brake calipers.” Please reach out to us if there is anything we can help you with. I have full trust that they will do a great job. The only thing I would like to see is it take less than 1.15 minutes to do oil change. However if they check fluids & filter it may take longer.
