I was in a PICKLE. The guys at the service shop were so helpful and so accommodating, I don’t even drive a ford vehicle and they went out of their way to get me back on the road. 10/10 recommend this location!!!

Tyler, Kevin and crew always take good care of my vehicle and make sure it is running the way it should since they know how much I rely on it daily. They are a great group and are always very pleasant and friendly and keep you informed with status updates. Even the sales staff acknowledge you while you are waiting for your vehicle and are very nice. I have been coming here for years and trust them fully and will continue to come here for my vehicles and its service.

Absolutely the best car buying experience! Brandon Spurrier is a good friend of mine who referred me to his Ford store. Met up with Ben and Zach, and they set me up with a nice F150 XLT Sport. I lease my trucks, and when they had a little hiccup in their system, nobody freaked out. Just dealer plated me and sent my wife and I out for supper on them. The Sales Advisors at the dealership were top notch at giving my wife and I an experience we weren't expecting. Everything was gold service! Some of the noteworthy treatments involved being introduced to others on the team should we have had additional questions while our application was being processed. I am honestly so shocked at the level of professionalism of Bergstrom! We worked with Marques Scott for a purchase which ultimately didn't work out for us (at no fault of his). The staff are great. I worked with Scott and Zack on a purchase. They were superb about keeping me informed and did a lot of prework to make the actual sale smooth. Would have no reservations about going back to purchase here again. Quick note there are several Betgstrom locations. The Ford location is directly across the street from another Bergstrom so pay attention to your Google directions.
