Had a great experience buying our 2024 Ford Explorer ST. They were not pushy and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a new or used car.

On my way into work my tire light came on. Pulled into the service center and I was met by Lindsey Kloiber with a smile! She had my car repaired with in 15 minutes. I can’t tell you how professional and kind she is, and her customer service was out of this world! It’s a great feeling that there are people such as Lindsey that treats the customer #1! Thank you!!

Zach L was one of the best car salesman I've worked with and I didn't even end up buying a car here. He was helpful, kind and ultimately held my best interests in mind and was very polite even when I took my business elsewhere for no reason specific to this dealership.

Parts department at this location can’t get a new radio for a Ranger because they don’t deal with that. Ending up going to a different Ford Dealership to get one. Bergstrom Ford is no longer a dealer that I will spend money with anymore.

Zach was great. I walked on lot to look at a Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and ones I didn't ask. He was professional and pleasant and did not push me buy immediately. I would highly recommend Zach if you go.
