Overall an excellent experience. Scheduling was a breeze, I dropped off my truck for an oil change and rear brake repair, was shuttled home, and, when the job was finished, a driver picked me up, and delivered me to my vehicle, online payment portal was quick and easy to use, invoice is also sent for your review as well as a video of the vehicle inspection. Awesome job!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Typical Stealership!! Brought a car in for recall work that I was told would be pretty easy. got a call later that day that the recall work is done but the car doesn't start. The car started and ran when I dropped it off, but they asked me if I wanted to come get it or have it towed elsewhere. They kept the car over the weekend and after all the "work" it was a simple blown fuse. When I refused to pay the $140 in labor, I was told not to come back. Which probably isn't a big deal since the "certified" techs there couldn't diagnose a fuse. lol Absolutly asinine to expect a customer to pick a vehicle up in worse state then they dropped it off!! I think I'm most disappointed in myself for assuming they ruled out a blown fuse (like I had asked on the phone...) I could have fixed it myself in the parking lot and saved them the time. Real bunch of winners there...

Transparent in what they are trying to achieve for you! Due to the stalling occurring from the bank, they offered for us to go to lunch on them. Yes, they paid for our lunch while we waited. Detail oriented, thoroughly inspected the vehicle and noticed issues that we hadn't even seen. Took care of all the paperwork regarding those issues and sent into Ford. Great experience! Would buy another vehicle from them and would refer others! Thank you Bergatrom staff!

Great experience! Ben and Zach were very helpful. The truck I drove 3 hrs to buy had another interested party and they were able to get an answer from them that day saving me another trip which was much appreciated. I got a fair price on my trade-in and so far am really liking my new truck. Thanks guys!

I have taken my 2015 Ford Fusion to Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh for many years now. And I have always had great service from the technicians. They are usually fast with repairs and answer all of my questions I really appreciate the whole service team, and especially the Service Advisor Chad who is always there to answer my questions. I dropped it off the night before my appointment which was easy with the key drop, and the service team had my repairs done the next day by noon. I was notified via text about any updates while they serviced my vehicle I was able to pick up my car the next day, and everything is running smooth again Thank you Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh for your excellent service
