Bergstrom Ford team (from sales [Zach Leitzinger & Jeff] to service mechanic [Chad Ludwig]) has helped us in so many ways and we are very thankful for them. Our vehicle had broken down and was not able to be driven as we were out of town for the day and live an hour away. We had called roadside assistance to tow it to this location and my family of 3 was lucky enough to get a loaner for the night to get us home safely. We then had decided to trade in our vehicle and had our hands on a Honda CR-V that evening. As I drove it home that night and the next morning, I didn’t feel right about the vehicle and know it wasn’t meant to be called mine!! The one thing I do love about Bergstrom is that they go by their 7 day guarantee. I honestly felt so bad for using that grace period, but I was able to return the vehicle and purchase my newer used Lexus suv that I now can call mine! I truly appreciate their service and I am very grateful that I had the help I needed as everything that happened the past couples day was a first for me.

Zach was great. I walked on lot to look at a Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and ones I didn't ask. He was professional and pleasant and did not push me buy immediately. I would highly recommend Zach if you go.

Chad Ludwig with the service department did a phenomenal job. Despite working through multiple delays with parts (that were out of Bergstrom’s control), he coordinated both recall-related work and elective maintenance to ensure my schedule was respected and work was done in a timely manner. This was probably the best dealership experience I’ve had as a Ford owner. Thank you Chad!

Been to other Bergstrom Service centers and their techs and schedulers seemed board. Today I had the best service with Travis and Lionil. I was picked up and told them I didn't need a ride back. Luck would have it that halfway through the appointment my ride back wasn't available. Travis called to see if he/someone could pick me up. When I got there, I asked if they heard a rattle when they drove it. They didn't, but he quickly diagnosed the issue. Lionil confirm it. 15 minutes later it was fixed and Lionil came in with A SMILE and my keys and told me to have a great afternoon. I ended up on a work call and didn't even get a chance to properly thank them - I think this is better anyway.

Zach L was amazing to work with! Highly recommended going to this location. He took such good care of us through the whole process, from selecting a vehicle right down to the signing!

Ben and the team at bergstrom has been great to work with. They went over every aspect of our purchase in great detail and made it a seamless experience.

First off, I did not purchase my 2021 Ford F350 at this dealership. My truck is needed to pull our 5th wheel RV that we live in full time, and I use it for our Mobile RV Repair business. It started vibrating and running sluggish. From the moment I spoke with Bergstrom Ford Service Department on the phone, they were polite, professional and understood the importance of my vehicle in my everyday life. They diagnosed a bad injector that they warned that it might be difficult to find, and they gave me an F150 to drive in the meantime. The following day they let me know they located the new part and should have it in hand in 2 or 3 days. That was on a tuesday. By friday morning, they text me to let me know truck was ready to go. With it being under warranty, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. The truck not only ran like new again, it hadn't been that clean since the day I drove it off the lot, new. Again, all the staff I interacted with were very polite, professional and respectful. I hope to never have another breakdown, but if I do, I hope it's in the Oshkosh, WI area.

We worked with Ben in Sales, and Zach in Management, on a used car purchase. When we found that we needed a different car, due to needing a Class II towing system, we worked with Jeff in Management on the weekend. Everyone went above and beyond to help us resolve this to our satisfaction with a different vehicle that had the capability we needed. Worked with Zack. Highly recommend him as he took the time to walk me through all decisions while helping me understand any risks I would be taking on for service plans or GAP Insurance not taken. Was not pushy and was very good at keeping things professional while also keeping things light and exciting.

Jeff and Zack were phenomenal to work with. Extremely happy with my purchase, Zack made everything very simple and straightforward and went above and beyond helping me. Will absolutely be going back to him! My vehicle had issues on the way home so I brought it in and they took the best care of me, even going so far to bring it back to my house to accommodate my busy schedule. Couldn’t be happier!
