Charlie and Ted did an awesome job of getting my vehicle in and out when I was in a crunch. Great customer service too.
This place is the best my Audi Q7 had major oil leaks and when other companies tried to rob me Import Minds fixed the leaks in 2 days. I'm definitely going to refer you guys to everyone I knowšš¾
We take our Volkswagens here all the time. Very honest and great mechanics work here! They are up front on the cost and very knowledgeable on import models. Excellent place!

Had them take a look at my sister's c250 benz they told her it needed a head gasket that's why it was leaking oil. I looked at it afterwards and it was the turbo return line o ring. Replaced the whole line for $50 bucks and now it's fine. Be very careful going here especially if your a woman

May 24, 2023After pulling history for that make and model of Mercedes for the past 12 months, there is no instance of a head gasket replacement being recommended on a C250 Mercedes. This alone raises questions of the legitimacy and relevance of this review. However, more importantly our diagnostic conclusions/estimates/recommendations are formulated from years of experience, access to multiple OE repair information sources, factory equivalent or direct from factory diagnostic equipment. Unfortunately nowhere in the diagnostic process is the vehicle owner's gender taken into consideration. Have a nice day and we're glad you got your vehicle repaired!

They lied about pricing to reel me in , they took 5 days to look at my then tried to charge me $139 for ādiagnosticsā after they told me $115 , tried to charge me $2500 for a steering column that bmw sells for $1800 after taxes , and $3300 to replace a steering column that I donāt need when he clearly just told me my ādigital lockā (steering column lock) is whatās bad , basically trying to force me to switch the whole steering column out when I donāt necessarily have to. When I couldāve just took it to the bmw dealership in that case x they wouldnāt have took 5 days to look at my car from the start ! Also the guy didnāt even want to tell me the exact part that was wrong with my car from the start, I had to keep asking and he slipped up and said it ! I donāt recommend anyone thats looking for prices better than the dealership to bring their cars here!

May 24, 2023Here at Import Minded we appreciate honest honest reviews and feed back, this review however is far from that. Customer called and set appointment for 11/29/2022 and was explained the standard labor rate of one hour for diagnosis ($120 plus tax, yes old labor rates where $115 plus tax.) However vehicle was towed in 12/1/2022 end of business day. As it is unfair to other guests who made their appointment and kept with scheduled times, this individual was informed that diagnosis would be delayed. Technician inspected vehicle 12/5/2022 and found a bad steering column. Customer was informed and explained that the dealer special ordered part would require a deposit of the part.(Coming from manufacture-Germany and freight would also be required) [Part Number 32 30 6 788 842 List $2335.87 -as quoted by local BMW Dealership] Customer asked if IM does payment plans, customer was informed we do not and deposit would be required in full. Customer became verbally aggressive over the phone. Customer was asked to pick up vehicle before 12/7/2022 and no storage fees would be applied. Customer arrived 12/6/2022 and became unreasonably aggressive in the lobby. Quoted with part number was given right away, as is our general practice when work is declined.
Thatās a really bad place for send your vehicle, if they receive they will charge you, my recommendation itās not send your vehicle there, really bad services and without verify your vehicle they charge you 139.47,
Amazing customer service and professionalism. They figured out the issues with my car and helped me save $$$. Highly recommend!!!! āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
