Bit busy, but still gets stuff done, may need to wait about an hour just to get a vehicle inspection

They were able to change my tail light quickly and I got to watch Harry Potter in the nice waiting area, superb

The location I usually go to was full up because of the EPIC tire sale so I called the one on Mineral. I got complete answers to my questions that helped me make the best choices, I was asked if I wanted a reminder text for my appointment (for the first time in years that I’ve been going to Firestone) AND (this is important) I was directed to a seat AWAY from the TV. I waited for almost 5 hours to be able to go home and were it not for that seat I might have become violently agitated!
These guys are busy and short staffed but they are all so nice and thorough and honest! I saw someone get angry with them but they handled it perfectly! They have coffee, vending machines, tv and comfortable chairs and restrooms! Nice, well mannered, friendly. You guys do good work and my car always drives better, sounds better to. I don't know where I'd be without Firestone! Also apply for CFNA and have time to pay. Can't beat this service! I would be in a rut without you all so thanks!

You can’t send a confirmation email with exact date and time and says nobody gonna deal with it when show up… I leave one extra star cuz other firestone does perfect work last time
