I have used this Firestone in the past and had very satisfactory service. Will use Firestone again. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is their online scheduling is a mess. It shows appointments available and when you book an online appointment they cannot accommodate the appointment and say they are booked. They will give you a future appointment but that is inconvenient. Also requiring you to leave the vehicle is inconvenient.

The staff was courteous and professional and they installed my new tires in the time frame that was communicated to me, prior to the service.

Booked an apointment for an alignment, when i got to my appointment they said they could not do it because I have aftermarker wheels on my vehicle and their machine only sets it so factory vehicle specs, so they could not garantee it would come out right.., This sounds really dumb to me considering they sell after market wheels. So you are saying you sell after market wheels but you cant aling them after you put them on? That's not right.. It sounds to me like spmeone did not want to do their job... and if this is always an issue they should make sure to ask if the vehicle has after market parts before they schedule anyone Really bad service.

Buyer beware! I took my vehicle to this Firestone location because it was close to my place of employment, but I would’ve never guessed the nightmare experience that would take place. The manager of this location called me while I was at work and told me my brake replacement would be $2,400. I was in disbelief because I have never paid more than $600 for brakes. After I told the manager that price seemed unreasonably high, he then said “Oh, I meant $2,000.” I did not think that price was any better. The manager then offered to give me 10% off and started back peddling saying “well that’s just the most it could be, but it could be less, like $1,600.” The manager then started using fear tactics, saying how dangerous it would be if I drove without getting my brakes fixed that day. The manager also said that the cost of everything has gone up and that’s just the average cost of getting your brakes done nowadays. I looked online and the highest price you would ever pay is $800 per axle, so I just assumed they must do really good work to charge a premium price. Against my better judgment, I agreed to let them complete the work. A couple of days later I noticed I had to press all the way down on my brake peddle to get my car to stop and it sounded like there was air in the brake line. I called their location and spoke with the same manager and I told him my concerns. The manager did not seem to really care and told me they were really busy, but they could try to get me in, in a few days. That night while at work I also told my coworker about my brakes and my coworker insisted on checking my brake fluid, to my surprise my brake fluid was completely empty. I drive on backroads and on the beltline, so if I had driven my car home that night and needed to suddenly stop, I wouldn’t have been able to. I called their location back and expressed my frustrations and concerns and told them I was bringing my car there now. The manager was just leaving when I got there and told me he did not have time to speak to me about it, and told me to go speak to someone at the counter. I ended up having to leave my car there again. When I returned the next day to get my car, the manager was not there and someone else helped me. I was told that the mechanic did not tighten the brake line and that caused all of the fluid to leak out. I was very upset because not only did I overpay for the worst service I have ever had, but I could’ve been seriously injured or injured someone else or even worse cause a fatality when my brakes failed. I asked if I could be given a partial refund for all the trouble. I was told that they do not give partial refunds for bad work. Please save your time and money and go to Midas. I’ve always gone to Midas and have never had any issues. I only went to Firestone because I thought it would be convenient being right next to my work. I guess I had to learn the hard way, and now I feel it is my duty to warn others. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the same ordeal that I did.
