Scheduled an appointment online and went to check in. Said they couldn’t find my appointment even though I was sent a confirmation email and my card had a pending charge on it for the amount that I way paying for. Said they didn’t have anything available for the next week. Ended up going somewhere else. I get it’s not the guys fault but it was a major inconvenience for me to be driving on a spare tire and I had scheduled it days before the appointment.

I took my car in Friday, today is Monday, I was told it may be ready for pick up today. Perhaps their understaffed, however, that does not excuse the exuberant cost of their services, I'm in a bit of a pickle, and had no choice but to go with them because I have a card with them... However I'm sure I could have went to my usual guys and got the work done for nearly half the price!

In 2 seperate ocassions they did not finish the job in time and once they could not find my appointment and añmost made me lose a day of work

Went in for check engine light and car was running rough. Was told it was my spark plugs. Cost to replace them was high($560). I originally declined the repair and then changed my mind. After they changed the plugs they call me and tell me it’s also the coil packs. This would cost another $775. They were 0 for 1 on diagnosing the issue with my car I wasn’t going to give them another opportunity to waste my money. The service rep Matt S. Is one of the rudest service reps I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I spoke with him about my car he was short and crass. I do not recommend you taking your car here. Their labor costs on too high and their customer service sucks.

Took my mom's vehicle in for an oil change a few months ago. The oil change was fine, but they were running way behind even though I had an appointment. I opted to wait and go walk around the mall until they called maybe an hour and a half later. I decided to take my own car in today, and same deal. I had an appointment, this time was told they were 2 hours behind. I really needed the oil change, so I was going to wait again. Ended up making an appointment elsewhere while I waited, and just went back and got my keys and left. 2 hours is absurd for an oil change. If you're that far behind, you need to notify the people coming in with appointments. I wouldn't have bothered if I knew that's apparently how they always are. I won't be back.

Great tires!! Horrible service... They asked me if I wanted them to clean my battery they did, but the truck wouldn't start. Also, I asked them to do the alignment and they couldn't get the tierods loose. It's only 9 years old
