4Runner owners... When using the Express Lube check under your car to make sure the technicians reconnected your skid plate and they also put the drain plug protective cover back on. Twice I've left the Express lube only to find that I'm missing parts.

Went in for routine maintenance for 180 . After the 1300 lb gorilla with a wrench broke two bolts off leaving me stuck there with no options but to fix it my bill was 500.

The staff was very communicative throughout the process and worked with me to ensure the repair goes smoothly and when there was a small hiccup with getting the necessary parts, they worked quickly to resolve it while giving me options for a rental or to easily reschedule. Shout out to Kenny!
