I had the pleasure of working with Victor Xiong from Smart Toyota. He answered all of my questions professionally and thoroughly and was super knowledgeable and friendly as well. His customer service before, during and after the sale was top shelf. Besides normal maintenance encounters I've recently had a couple of bothersome issues for which I got immediate assistance with resolution from the assistant service manager, Gregorio Jimenez. On both occasions Gregorio was a careful listener and followed through on appropriate action that got both issues resolved rapidly and with only a short wait on the separate occasions. He also has a very positive attitude approach and shows very good interpersonal skills. He is my "go to" guy for my service needs.
