I can only give 5*, but they deserve 10 **********. I would definitely without worry return here for service. I had honest work and the master mechanic showed all the trouble spots with my 2014 Toyota Prius V which needed spark plugs, tune up, oil change, radiator flush and fill, transmission fluid, fuel system flush, lug nuts and wheel posts replaced after another Madison Oil Change dealership had ruined my wheel rims, stripped my lug nuts, stripped the posts. Dan Nakoma Auto Plaza owner and his mechanics are HONEST and trust worthy.
Nakoma Auto sets the standard for fair, fast, and reliable auto repair. Kept our work vehicles running for the last five years. Recently repaired our side-swiped Transit like it never happened. Great people. Great experience. Great pricing. Highly recommended.

Don’t recommend they tell you 1 thing is wrong but not give you the whole diagnosis I spent 674 on ball joints to be prepared and after I call to say my tread on my tires are not even awe you might need an alignment

Dan is an exceptional person. We have a Marine brother that had a blown engine on a 50k mile Rubicon that was left high and dry by a Nebraska Edwards Jeep dealership. Dan stepped up after another dealer in Madison overpriced a repair for the jeep. Taking care of our Veterans is easy to say but Dan just went to work and showed what it means to him . Thank you for taking care of Tom Allen for all of us Veterans!
Kevin was great to work with. While I was waiting for my oil change, he helped a number of regulars as well. Got me in for an oil change the next day. Highly recommend!
