Having the option of walking appointments is extremely helpful and convenient. The staffs were really great. The customer of waiting area is excellent.
Wouldn’t recommend buying anything here. Traded 2 cars in on 1 and both were financed with different banks and neither were completely paid off leaving a small balance on both loans. This occurred in 2021 and I’ve contacted them and they keep saying they will take care of it since they didn’t send payoff checks fast enough. They never took care of it and the last person I talk to said he’s positive it’s not their fault because they sent the check within 6 days. On a 10 day pay off 4 days isn’t enough time to mail and be processed. He then said he’d mail me a check and I’ve waited 12 business days and still nothing so pretty clear they do nothing in a timely manner. Only care about making a sale and not making it right. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Hands down the worst customer service and poorest service in general. Brought my car in for an estimate and then scheduled to bring in for another service in which I asked if they could fix both problems at once. They told me that they would have to look at the original issue again during this visit - okay fine. Brought my car in a third time for the service and was called 5 hours after dropping my car off that they ordered the wrong part and would reorder the correct part. That was now one month ago. Have called twice to ask for an update on the part, no one gets back to me. NEVER go here.

Did not turn off lane notice like asked. Pulled filter out to show it needed replacement $25 to put a new one in???
