Really disappointed. They were not able to resolve the issue after two visits. I had to use this shop as my car came with a warranty service (Carvana customers beware!) for which they were the only local providers. I'm sure the shop is not interested in fulfilling claims and would prefer upfront cash customers, but I wish they would have saved us all time by explaining that they would not provide thorough service. After the second (dis)appointment, I preferred to pay cash for a different shop to complete the service. I had to make a separate trip to request invoices/work orders because they provided no documentation at time of service. Warranty claims might be a bummer, but great service and solid first impressions can lead to long term repeat business. Too bad for Dell's. I gave an extra star because they do provide shuttle service and have a nice waiting area.

Dell's gets Five Stars for communication and professionalism. Their shop is so immaculate that you think you have entered the kitchen of a Michelin Star Restaurant. They communicated with me the entire process and went above and beyond to get my car fixed.

Dj has worked on my last three vehicles, and never disappoints me . I will keep giving them my vehicles to service. Thanks dells service center.

I discovered Dell's 4 years ago while looking to have service performed on my BMW. They are professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I have had everything from basic maintenance to complex repairs performed by Dell's and every time I was completely satisfied. My most recent experience was this past week when I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I needed to out of the shop by 9:30 that morning, they completed the work by 9:05. Can't say enough about these guys, they are worth the drive from Egg Harbor to have my car serviced.

Great experience with Dell’s. I brought in my first generation manual Audi TT Quattro as the clutch began sticking and hmm I noticed a clunking sound. They asked model specific questions I don’t typically get with other shops. Then they looked it over. As it turns out, embarrassingly, my floor mat was the culprit. They checked everything else over, and gave it a clean bill of health. Out the door for ~$130. They could have replaced all of it, and I would have been none the wiser, and it would have cost 10-15 times as much. So grateful for their integrity. They earned my business that day.

I recently had my 2011 BMW in for service and I could not be happier with the result! My front differential needed to be replaced along with a few other smaller repairs and Dells provided wonderful Customer Service, very fair prices and had all of the work done timely! I would recommend Dell's to anyone who has a BMW and needs service done. Great pricing and Becca does a great job!

My first visit to Dell's as I recently purchased my Porsche Boxster S late last fall and I brought it in for a full vehicle inspection. I'm very pleased with the service and communication that was provided and will be using Dell's in the future to service my vehicle.
