I heard of Dell's from a friend, and he had nothing but good things to say about them. So, I took my 2012 BMW to them to have my timing belt replaced and my fan belt. They showed me pictures of how bad my chain guides were and how lucky I was to have bought the car in. The work they did on it was fantastic! They even called me a few days after to ask if I was happy with the work they performed. They are the only shop I trust to work on my car and their staff is also outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I cannot express my gratitude for finding Dell's and the great work they do. Every business should take note on the very thorough customer service they do from start to finish. Rebecca should be noted for her patience, response time and ability to explain things out for you. I can't say enough great things about this business!

We brought our Audi to Dells for many years. After my latest experience with my BMW I am SURE I got ripped off. I brought my car in because my brakes were shaking. They wanted to charge me $3500 for new front brakes and calipers on my 2019 BMW. I took it to another shop who is charging me $3000 less and told me I do not need new calipers. I understand that is their technicians assessment but THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS difference. I am utterly disgusted and will NEVER step foot in Dells again after this experience.

I WOULD NOT recommend! I very rarely leave bad reviews... almost never. Establishments like this place are what gives all shops a bad name. I will start off by saying the people behind the counter were very nice and professional but so are con artists. I brought my car in for an alignment.. nothing else. What I left with was an "Inspection" and no alignment. They proceeded to give me the reasons why they couldn't align it while charging me $157 for an inspection that I did not need nor ask for. Only 1 of the 4 reasons given, were a reason not to do an alignment, the others were them trying to get me to pay for a lot of work unrelated to an alignment... and most of it was untruthful. The 1 actual reason that would have prevented them doing an alignment, was the exact reason I was bringing it in for the alignment... I replaced inner and outer tie rods. They told me they were bad and needed to be replaced. and sent me some shaky video as their "proof". I took the car home and checked them again in case they failed in the 3 DAYS I drove it after changing them. The tie rods were still perfect. I called up a small independent shop from my hometown and they got me in for an alignment... they were able to align it without issue. None of the issues Dells brought up were an issue and were complete lies... I knew this before I left their shop. They were trying to take me for many thousands of dollars. I own 13 Cars/trucks currently and the only time I bring them to shops are for alignments. Makes me want to open up a shop again and give people good honest service... I read all of the good reviews on here and wonder how many good people got ripped off and don't even know it. Dells is either crooked or incompetent... maybe both.. only they know the truth. I hope this helps someone not get ripped off.

Hi Travis, We would first like to apologize for any miscommunications during the appointment for the Mercedes back in July. It was not our intention to make you feel that we were trying to take advantage or sell items your vehicle does not need. We did recommend doing the inspection on the vehicle because of the issue with the tire wear on the front end you had mentioned when scheduling. We wanted to make sure that we would not run into any issues when attempting an alignment, such as seized adjustment bolts for example and have a much larger issue pop up unexpectedly. Most of the items that were brought to your attention can cause the irregular wear you were experiencing on the front end of the vehicle. We had noted to you that the front struts were very worn and leaking, and that the outer tie rods had play in them. The right side outer tie rod end had been found to be loose when checking over the vehicle. We had also noted the left rear strut was also leaking fluid and worn, with a torn dust cover. However the very large brake fluid leak from the right rear caliper that was brought to your attention, made the vehicle unsafe for our technician to drive. We did discuss the above mentioned items with you and if they were something you would like pricing for or if that would be something you would repair yourself, knowing that you had done previous work to the vehicle. We've attached the photos and videos from the inspection provided. If you would have reached out after or expressed this after re-checking the Mercedes like you had mentioned we would have tried our best to come to a resolution with you. Our goal here at Dell's is to provide as best information as possible on vehicles we service, and we felt it was not a good idea to continue with the alignment at the time of the appointment. Apologies again if that intention came off as trying to push repairs , sell anything you felt you didn't need or feel as though we had attempted to "con" you in anyway because that was not, and will never be our intention here. They cancel you from getting service when you are un happy with service. They don't work well with warranty companies and will put it on you as a customer to get answers and coverage. Prices are fair but you can do much better as getting service advisor to do there job. Very disappointing. I can't believe you have the reply saying you will help me with finding another shop. I went to Bergstrom and had some of same work done with same warranty and a great deal cheaper.How can you charge more and expect public to see you as trust worthy place. Hope people read this and see you for who you are. It's all about your ratings and never about the customer.

I’ve brought my car in to other places at least 2-3 times and they couldn’t find the reason that it was making a strange noise. Brought it here & Travis found it immediately while they also changed my oil and replaced my windshield wipers! Chris was so friendly & helpful in getting me scheduled & very informative! Will definitely be coming here again for any issues/oil changes in the future. great staff!

Their tech Calvin is awesome. He didn’t spend the full quoted time on the vehicle. didn’t need it. Looked immediately for the problem having the knowledge, found the issue and told me exactly what it needed! Highly recommend!!! Priced appropriately!!!

I've used Dell's several times for my VW Passat, and now my step-daughter's Beetle. I'm not going to try and convince you they do it for free, but they're professional, have stellar communication and have done excellent work each time. They provide fair and honest DETAILED estimates and always touch base if there are any deviations to give an explanation and get approval before proceeding.

My BMW was struggling to start and I knew I had a few oil leaks. Dropped it off at Dell's for an inspection and to fix the starting issue. They ended up replacing my solenoids to fix the struggling start, and replaced my valve cover and gasket to fix the big oil leak. Great service, they were very helpful and worked with my limited barista budget to get the most important things done 👍

Great experience! Used to go to the Audi service center because I thought I had to. Always was booked out and had issues with scheduling and finding a time but Dell’s was so accommodating, got it fast! Reasonably priced, friendly, convenient location and everything is running great! Very happy, thank you!!
