Helped me out when I locked my keys in my car across the street, non-emergency wouldn’t help and I couldn’t afford a locksmith or tow. Stand up guys, went above and beyond when they didn’t have to at all.

Honest, great service. Fair prices. Car dealership wanted over $2,400 dollars for parts to repair my rear differential. I went in for a front end tire alignment. Took a little longer than expected (probably due to the weather... 0°F isn't fun to work in); I'd rather wait than have a job rushed though. Solid service, knowledgeable staff & reasonable rates. I'll be back for future work. Update: had a boot and axle replaced. Not dead yet so I'm still satisfied. I'll be back.

First, the staff is pretty nice. I have been there three times now and they have not been grumpy and condescending like a lot of mechanics. They were also kind enough to give me a ride to work while my car was left there. It was a short drive so I don't know if they do that for everyone. I guess their prices are fair, but on the upper end of the range compared to some other shops; at least, for an oil change. Of course, everything is going up and it leaves you feeling ripped off no matter what you buy these days. Twice I used Exhaust Pros for actual exhaust work, and that was fine. They certainly know what they are doing. However, each time there was a little employee hiccup on their end. Not a big deal, but it would have been nicer if those things didn't happen. (I guess we are all human...) One last thing is that they add on a processing fee if you use a credit card. I understand that some businesses are doing this to keep their prices down. However, their prices are no less than others so they are certainly not passing the savings on to the customer. For this and the couple other things mentioned, I give them four stars instead of five.

Well work hasn't been done yet but we developed a long term list of goals after a thorough diagnostic that was extremely competitive and worked for me. They have some buy now pay later options that will help me too. Confident I am working with the right team.
