Don’t not recommend! Went in for a repair and received my car back with the inside soaking wet! Almost like they ran it through the wash with the windows down. Then they tried to blame the sun roof. THE SUNROOF NEVER LEAKED! Now they won’t fix it and it has other problems because of the INCHES OF WATER THAT WAS SITTING IN IT! I’m shocked they would blame a sunroof for that much water. It’s just not possible to get that much in through a leak. Obvious lack of professionalism and honesty.

Service and communication were great and they were able to repair my car quickly and correct. Only down side is the price. Based on the work they did and other work that was quoted they were on the high end or even above what the average cost on those repairs. But otherwise great service.

Been taking our Audi here for YEARS. Brought my car in to get an oil change and tune up before a cross country road trip and the worker pulled me in his cubicle and told me that I had a major oil leak but couldn’t tell me where the leak was coming from that they were going to have to take the car apart. But there was no oil dripping out of my car anywhere. So I took it to another place for a second opinion and they said the guy at Dells was bluffing me. Later that day I called the guy at Dells to tell him that I got a second opinion and that they said he’s bluffing me and he responded with, “Well there ya go!” And hung the phone up on me. I will never ever take my car back there and I know 4 friends that are going to find a new place to take their cars now!

Extremely satisfied with my experience here. I have a BMW X1 that needed multiple things fixed so I was expecting be car-less for a couple days at least, my car was finished the next day after dropping it off! Super fast service and reliable, 10/10 recommend.

Had issues pop up with my Mini Cooper. Unfortunately and at no fault to the great folks at Dell's it was a bad engine (essentially unfixable problem without lots of $$$$$). Their shop floor was honestly the nicest and cleanest I have ever seen, and TJ (maybe DJ, I forget) worked with us to save our costs so that I wasn't paying for the roughly thousand in work they had done on a dead/unusable vehicle, and ultimately charged me nothing for the week it spent in the shop prior to the correct diagnoses. He even arranged pickup of the vehicle and called me a few days later with the cash they were given for it. Definitely will be back if I find myself in a European vehicle in the future.

Dells was extremely fair and professional in fixing my vehicle. They made it an effortless process, and I had never even been to Dells before. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

They were wonderful to work with. Very detailed report. No unnecessary work done to the three cars I’ve brought in. Any work that was done was great. Becca is wonderful to work with as well. Very helpful and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

Dells is my go-to shop for anything I need done for my euro car. They do an excellent job every time and they actually care about their customers unlike other shops I’ve been too. I’ve recommended this shop to many of my friends and family with euro cars.

My experience with Dell's service center has been fantastic. Becca did a great job communicating and helping through the process as this was my first time getting work done at Dell's Service Center. I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking at getting quality work done to their vehicles with great customer service!

As an out of town visitor, I realized my Land Rover had a caliper issue, and was referred to Dells. My service agent, Rebecca, listened, was informative, and quick to supply updates. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the price was below the original estimate. Overall, very pleased and would recommend them for future work.
