Have been here in the past, but this last time they said i needed extreme engine work, i took it elsewhere and they found that i didnt. I think it is because my car is older and not in perfect condition that they just didnt want to work on it. I would have rather they just tell me they dont want to work on it as i have now lost trust in them.

They always take do a great job with my vehicle, and do it with a detailed report and great customer service. I highly recommend Dell's if you are looking for a place to service your import.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for them. They were able to get me in on short notice, and actually FIXED my problem, instead of putting a band-aid and creating more problems. Dell's Service Center is too notch and really caters to the elevated clientele and their pricy vehicles. I docked one star because they are expensive.. I guess you get what you pay for...

They got my car in fast and we’re willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with my service and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else

This is the first negative post I have ever made. I brought my car to Dells for the first time a couple days ago for an oil change & to check the rear camera because it fails to work 10-20% of the time. After work was complete & they charged me $301 for oil change & diagnostics the rear camera did not work at all. Later in the day they called me w a quote of $900 plus to replace camera. I choose not to replace the camera because I expected it to work 80-90% as it had prior to them looking at it. I called to inform them & was passed around to different people and given multiple excuses as to WHY it might not work now: it’s loose, it looks yellow, it’s corroded, it’s the moisture from the rain. The manager proceeded to argue with me with no solutions &then hung up on me. I tried to call them back & they refused to discuss the issue with me.

I heard of Dell's from a friend, and he had nothing but good things to say about them. So, I took my 2012 BMW to them to have my timing belt replaced and my fan belt. They showed me pictures of how bad my chain guides were and how lucky I was to have bought the car in. The work they did on it was fantastic! They even called me a few days after to ask if I was happy with the work they performed. They are the only shop I trust to work on my car and their staff is also outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.
