I recently had my vehicle serviced and there was an issue that was undetected afterwards. Dells took full accountability and stuck by there 100% satisfaction guarantee and addressed the issue immediately. Dells went the extra mile to reassure the issue was resolved and wouldn't happen again. In short terms I highly recommend dells auto and would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Had my BMW 640I X drive battery replaced and Dells Auto did not install/egister battery proerly, called them back with the issue but they completely dismissed the issue. Now I will have to take care to Appleton BMW. Very poor service. I would avoid Dells Auto Green Bay in future.

Dell's Service is fantastic!!! I have a 2015 Audi Q5. I have been going to the big dealership in the Valley (starts with B) for decades. Sadly, over the past couple years, B's service has deteriorated to awful. Dell's has saved the day! Great Pricing! Great Quality! And best of all... You can trust Dell's with your Euro! They are one of a few services that specialize on Euros and can install tunes (I got an APR tune from them), solve complex electrical issues, or provide regular scheduled maintenance for a reasonable price. Another great thing is that a lot of times you can get an oil change appointment on a short notice! I stumbled upon Dell's while searching for a place to get a DSG oil flush for my Golf R, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prices, which were half of what the VW/Audi dealer quoted me. I've never had any issues like oil spills, broken clips, scratches, or any things of that nature. Their technicians pay attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is that after each service, they provide a summary with photos and videos of any additional work that might be needed, such as a video that shows play in your control arm. I've been bringing my Golf R, Jetta JLI, and R56 Cooper S here for maintenance since 2020. Their service advisors are on the next level! I've never got such a great service at any dealership.
