It is never fun to have to take your vehicle in for service. However, I always feel comfort when I drop off my vehicle at Silverlake Auto in Brookfield. The staff is kind, welcoming, and knowledgable. Cameron walked me through the issues with my car and made suggestions that helped me better understand what needed to be fixed/updated so that my vehicle would run at peak performance. I highly recommend Silverlake Auto.

I do not have enough good things to say about this place and so happy my family found them to take care of our fleet of VWs. Tony is a master at working on my late model MK4 VW wagons and has always done great work on my wife's Tiguan. I trust only them with my cars and from the very first moment we used them I felt like we could trust them. So hard to find an honest mechanic let alone an entire shop! They give you thorough thoughtful breakdowns of what 'could' be fixed but never pressure you into anything. So rare these days were shops are just trying to milk every dollar out of you. These guys have given me the privilege of never stepping foot in Hall VW again - scam artists. If you haven't used these guys - what are you doing? - highly recommend! From the service advisors to the mechanics these guys and girls are top notch! Thank you Silver Lake!

Customer service was outstanding, helpful and timely service! They are able to assist in your needs while your vehicle gets fixed with shuttles to short destination which makes it easy to drop off and go to work instead of waiting. I was extremely impressed when I got a link to detailed explanation and pictures to show what they found while doing an overall check of my vehicle. Making it clear and easy for me to know what needed to be done urgently and others that I could wait a couple months on. As a women I have never had such a great experience at auto shops! Definitely recommend. Great overall experience.
