As a LOYAL customer to this auto body shop for 5 years, this place has zero communication skills. I called for an update on this loaner car I was supposed to have 7 business days ago. My contact Ryan, who has been amazing over these years wasn't in today. I was promised a car today on day 7. I then call as once again no one bothered to respectfully call me. The owner, who I didn't even know I was speaking with said hello. As I was POLITELY into the first half of my sentence when the owner then not only cuts me off, then YELLS at me that he won't have a loaner car through the rest of this week. As I ask him to not cut me off, he goes on a rant and rage tells me to rent a car and HANGS UP ON ME. So I call back. The always short receptionist tells me I'm being demanding and then says I've always been demanding and then hangs up on me. Who does that to a repeat customer or any customer? And then she flat out lies? All of my calls over 5 years have been me chasing down promised updates. The front desk is as bad as the owner. Don't LIE and then when a mature communication is wanted on the phone, GASLIGHTS the innocent party? This is WRONG on all levels. AVOID THIS PLACE!

As someone who works with a lot of the body shops in the Milwaukee/West Allis for my job. I can confidently say these guys are one of the best in the area. This said, when I needed to have some body work done on my car, Brownell was my top choice. Brownell does top notch work at a fair price. They also have great customer service. Ryan and the team were beyond helpful! I would gladly recommend Brownell to anyone looking for a body shop.
